  A: Prior to servicing the power window switch, unhook the negative battery cable and keep the battery disconnected. Take a trim stick, slip it from the front to the back of the switch bezel and use gentle force to release the clips that are holding it in place. Pull back the switch and bezel unit from inside the door trim enough to remove the connector and then take out the power window and lock switch from the plate. For installation, connect the power window switch to the harness connector and push the open corner of the switch unit into the hole. Then push the front and back of the switch until you hear the retaining tabs click in. In the last step, attach the battery negative cable.
