How to Service a Blower Motor Resistor on 2002 Jeep Liberty?

In order to maintain the blower motor resistor, one should deactivate the air bag system by removing the battery negative cable and waiting two minutes. To reach the resistor, open the glove box, unplug connector and take out two screws. Attach the new resistor, reattach the harness, slide the glove box and reattach the battery.
