How to Service an Oil Pressure Switch on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before tending to the oil pressure sensor, raise the car and place an oil catch below the switch. Take out the oil pressure switch electrical connector and remove the switch. During installation, install the oil pressure switch and wire up the electrical connector to finish the task. Set the vehicle in the lowest position, start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 minutes. Once you've switched off the engine, check the oil and top it up if needed.
