How to Service and Repair the Fuse in the Ignition Off-Draw (IOD) System on 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before servicing the Ignition Off-Draw (IOD) fuse, set the ignition switch to OFF so the radio display does not show incorrectly. First, switch the ignition off, remove the PDC cover and pull out fuse 18. When installing, put fuse 18 into the PDC and put the cover in place. Scrambled display on the radio may be fixed by first disconnecting and then reconnecting the IOD fuse while the ignition switch is off.
