2003 Chrysler Voyager Blower Motor Resistor Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Safely Service and Replace a Blower Motor Resistor for Rear on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?
A: If the blower motor was used before, leave the resistor alone for five minutes to allow it to cool. Separate the black cable that's attached to the battery. Take off the right quarter trim panel and the right D-pillar trim panel from the quarter inner panel. Remove the rear HVAC wire harness connector from the blower motor resistor. Unscrew the two holders for the blower motor resistor on the rear heater-A/C unit housing and remove the resistor from inside. Set the new blower motor resistor inside the rear heater-A/C unit housing and attach it with the two screws, making sure they are tightened to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Hook back up the rear HVAC wire harness connector to the resistor, secure the right quarter trim panel and right D-pillar trim panel and put the negative battery cable back in once more.
