How to Replace the Headlight Switch on 2003 Dodge Neon?

To replace the headlamp leveling switch, remove the A/C outlet registers and HVAC control knobs. Unscrew and remove center instrument bezel and accessory switch bank, disconnect the switch and pry it out. Install the new switch, reconnect, and assemble all components and make sure it works.
