How to Service and Repair a Heater Control Valve on 2003 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

In order to repair the heater control valve, unhook the battery, empty the cooling system, and pull off the wire harness and hoses. Removal of the valve bracket, water valve then replace them. Attach with bolts, re-connect the hoses and wire harnesses and replenish the cooling system.
