How to Service and Repair a Heater Control Valve on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

In order to fix the heater control valve, remove the negative cable of the battery and empty the cooling system to some extent. Disassemble the hose clamps, remove wire harness, and hose. Remember to remove the valve and bracket, and replace them, using bolts. Reconnect hoses, wire harness and the battery cable.
