In order to service the left multi-function switch, you will need to remove the battery and wait two minutes, after which you should take off the steering column shroud. De- wire the harness, unscrew the switch, and change it. Installation needs to be completed by connecting the harness again, uniting the shroud, and reconnecting the battery.
