2004 Chrysler Pacifica Ignition Coil Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Service and Repair an Ignition Coil for Rear on 2004 Chrysler Pacifica?
A: The first step in working on or repairing the ignition coil is disconnecting the battery's negative cable. With the coil's electrical connector removed, spray compressed air in the ignition coil area and at the spark plug. While still watching for the spacers, turn the screws a little loose, then a little tighter, over and over, for 3.5L engines. After taking out the old ignition coil, replace it with the new one and hand tighten all of the screws. Get the right torque specification from the torque chart, install the electrical connector on the ignition coil and lock it tightly. Last, connect the negative battery cable to the battery.
