How to replace a Blend Door Actuator on 2004 Dodge Ram 3500?

To replace the blend door actuator, turn off the airbag system by disconnecting the battery negative cable. Remove the instrument panel, and disconnect the actuator(s). Take out the actuator(s) then install the new one(s) taking care of proper alignment. Reconnect all and tighten screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
