In order to maintain the refrigerant pressure sensor, it is essential to service the sensor and to recover the refrigerant and disconnect the battery negative cable. Take out the HVAC pressure switch and get rid of the O-ring. Replace lubricated O-ring, tighten the switch to 12 Nm, reconnect the harness and battery, and evacuate and charge the system.
