How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose on 2004 Jeep Liberty?

When servicing the hose and line of the power steering, first remove the fluid from the reservoir. After that, get rid of the upper core support, clutch fan, fan shroud and serpentine belt. Take the return hose from the pump, then at the cooler, remove the mounting bolts from the front cradle to release the return hose from the vehicle. The first part is to hook up the return hose to the car, then secure the mounting bracket bolts to the front cradle. Secure the return hose at both ends, the cooler side and the pump side and hang up the serpentine belt, pop the fan shroud back into place, fasten the clutch fan and set the upper core support into position. After all that, fill the power steering fluid again.
