How to Maintain an Antenna Cable on 2004 Jeep Wrangler?

In order to service the antenna cable, the battery negative cable should be disconnected and the glove box should be removed. This includes unplugging of the antenna coaxial cables, unscrewing the antenna mast, and taking out the antenna base. Poke out the coaxial cable grommet and then install the new assembly screwing it in and replacing the battery.
