  A: First remove the accessory drive belts and the crankshaft damper bolt when fixing the size or shape of the top part of the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley. To remove the damper, fit Special Tool 1026 and Insert 6827A. When installing the crankshaft damper, apply Special Tool 6792 along with an M12 1.75 x 150 mm bolt, washer, thrust bearing and nut. Before pressing the damper on, coat the threads on the M12 1.75 x 150 mm bolt with Mopar Nickel Anti-seize Compound or a similar product. Cover the crankshaft damper bolt with Mopar Lock & Seal Adhesive (Medium Strength Threadlocker) and manually tighten it to 136 Nm (100 ft. lbs.). The last step is to install the accessory drive belts once more.
