How to Service and Repair a Fuel Injector on 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Remove the fuel rail from its place and detach the clips that hold the fuel injector to the fuel rail. After that, put in the fuel injectors to the fuel rail and hold them in place with the retaining clips. If the same injectors are going back in place, you should put in new O-rings. A little squeeze of clean engine oil on the O-ring at each injector will make it easier to fit them in place. After all that, set the fuel rail back in place, start the engine and see whether any fuel is leaking out.
