How to maintain a battery tray on 2005 Jeep Liberty?

Before servicing the battery tray, first open the PDC, take out the battery and then loosen and remove the three nuts holding the battery tray to the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel. Installation requires brushing the battery rack, fitting it to the weld studs in the wheelhouse above the front left wheel and tightening its three nuts with a torque of 7 N.m (65 in.lbs.) to secure it. At last, fix the PDC on the battery tray and slide the battery into place on it.
