First, take off the return line from the gear, then remove it from the top of the power steering reservoir. After that, remove the grille and unscrew the two bolts securing the coolers. At this point, move the cooler out of the car or truck. Many coolers feature two mounting bolts; ensure the cooler is positioned and screwed into your vehicle. Reinstall the grille first, then connect the return line at the reservoir and next at the gear. Check to make sure the power steering fluid is topped up and there are no leaks after the work.
