In order to repair the fuel filler neck, release fuel pressure and disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the left rear tire and splash shield, unscrew and disconnect the filler neck. Reinstall by fixing the filler tube, reconnecting lines, and reassembling parts and then lowering the car and reconnecting the battery.
