First, raise and support your vehicle and then take off both the tire and the wheel on the rear wheels. After that, loosen the brake caliper and the adapter bolts holding it in place. Remove the rear axle shaft from the housing and next, take out the hub and rotor assembly for the C3500 model. Start installation by placing the hub on the rotor and tightening its bolts accurately until they read 128 Nm (about 95 ft. lbs). After that, put the hub and rotor assembly in place and then attach the rear axle shaft to the housing. Tighten the bolts holding the caliper adapter to 197 Nm (145 ft. lbs), then place back the disc brake caliper. After that, reattach the wheel and tire assembly and set the vehicle down.
