How to Remove and Install a Canister Purge Valve on 2006 Jeep Liberty?

The Duty Cycle EVAP Canister Purge valve (DCP) (2) is installed in the engine bay, attached to a bracket between the battery and the Power Distribution Center, near the EVAP system test port. The first step is to disconnect the connectors on the valve itself and its vacuum harness, before pulling the valve and support bracket together straight up with the roof open. To install the EVAP canister purge valve, connect it to its mounting bracket, hook up the vacuum harness and secure the electrical connector into the valve.
