How to Service and Repair a Front Power Window Switch on 2006 Jeep Liberty?

Before starting the front power window switch service, make sure you remove and isolate the battery negative cable. After that, unscrew the shift bezel, the mounting fasteners and the switch. Untie the storage compartment cover or remove the storage compartment lid to access the electrical harness connector and pull it out. First, plug the electrical harness connector into the switch, install the switch to the shifter bezel and tighten the fasteners. Put the shifter bezel back in place and then link the battery negative cable again.
