How to Service and Repair Lash Adjusters with Camshafts Installed on 2006 Jeep Wrangler?

To service hydraulic lifters with camshafts installed, remove the cylinder head cover, camshafts and rocker arm. Mark lifters for reassembly making sure they are oil-filled prior to installation. Reinstall the rocker arm and repeat for each lifter and finally reinstall the camshafts and cylinder head cover.
