How to Maintain and Fix a Timing Belt Tensioner on 2006 Jeep Wrangler?

To replace the timing belt tensioner, the timing belt and idler pulley are removed, the cam sprockets and the rear cover are removed. Unscrew the tensioner assembly and position it correctly and screw in the bottom bolt. Tighten the bolts, re-fit the cover, idler pulley and cam sprockets, and fit the timing belt.
