2007 Chrysler Crossfire Brake Master Cylinder Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Properly Bleed a Brake Master Cylinder Before Installation on 2007 Chrysler Crossfire?
A: Anchor the new brake master cylinder in a vise with brass jaws and secure tubes to the outlet ports. Place the tube ends right into the reservoir's bottom. Pour in new brake fluid, then press the cylinder's pistons in with a wooden dowel. Open the pistons so they close with the spring pressure and continue to repeat the action until everything inside is bubble-free. A fitter will need bleed tubes made out of brake line, as well as a wood dowel for pushing the pistons.
