How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2007 Chrysler Crossfire?

In order to repair the valve stem seal, remove the starter, camshafts, and a spark plug. Lock the flywheel at TDC, pressurize the chamber and compress the valve spring. Remove the collets, spring retainer and seal. Make sure to put all valves together before releasing air pressure, inspecting and replacing damaged stems as necessary.
