How to Service the Cigarette Lighter on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

To service the Auxiliary Cigarette Lighter, disconnect the battery negative cable. Note the retaining bosses' position, then use tool 9857 to push them out. Gently rock pliers to remove the base, disconnect the wires, set the base aside, and remove the base mount ring.
