How to Service a Door Lock Switch on 2007 Chrysler Pacifica?

The first step in servicing a power door lock switch is to remove the battery cable from its negative terminal. Then, take off the trim around the door and pull off the weather strip to find the windshield wiper switch. Close the door window, then come off the door cylinder lock switch wire connector from the door harness and disconnect the wiring from the security shield. Take out the switch from inside the door handle after removing the key.
