How to Install an Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Bring the switch switch to its RUN position which releases the ignition lock cylinder's tab insert the key to unlock it and push the tab on the far end down. Guide the shaft from the ignition lock cylinder into the housing socket while the housing is in the Run position. Slide the ignition lock cylinder into the grooves in the housing so the tab is visible outside. Following this, change the key to Off and take it out. After that, attach the negative wire to the battery.
