How to Install and Service a Blend Door Actuator on 2007 Dodge Caravan?

Place the actuator onto the air distribution housing and turn it as necessary to match the splines on the actuator with those on the door linkage. Place screws 1 and 2 through the blend door actuator and air distribution housing and tighten them to 2 Nm (17 in.lbs.). Screw the HVAC wire harness connector onto the blend door actuator. Put the silencer beneath the part of the instrument panel closest to the driver. Reconnect the flat end of the negative battery cable and recalibrate the A/C-heater control.
