Begin installation of the sway bar link (7) by mounting its retainers, grommets and upper nut onto the sway bar (6) and fastening with 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) of torque. Subsequently, place the lower nut and torque it to 169 Nm (125 ft. lbs.). Finally, lift the vehicle and take out the support before slowly lowering it.
