How to Service and Repair a Sway Bar Link on 2006 Dodge Durango?

First, you should raise the vehicle and support it to service the sway bar link. First, remove the lower nut (9), then take out the upper nut, retainers and grommets from the sway bar. After that, remove the sway bar link (7) from the vehicle. Place the sway bar link (7) on the vehicle, after that attach the retainers, grommets and upper nut to the sway bar (6) and tighten them to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). After that, place on the lower nut and tighten it to 169 Nm (125 ft. lbs.). After this, take the support out and lower the vehicle to the ground.
