How to Remove and Replace an Exhaust Manifold on 2007 Jeep Wrangler?

Your first step should be to detach the negative cable from the battery when changing the exhaust manifold. After that, remove the fresh air hose. Take out the bolts holding the heat shield on the left part of the engine, then unplug the spark plug wires from this part. Afterward, take out the bolts that hold the exhaust onto the manifold and loosen the left side oxygen sensors. In the end, remove the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head and take the manifold out.
