How to Service an EGR Valve on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

Disconnect the negative battery cable and then take out the air cleaner housing to access the EGR valve. After that, unplug both the solenoid harness connector and the solenoid to valve vacuum line. Takes off the EGR tube flange nut first and then the solenoid to valve mounting bolt. Following this step, take out the valve to cylinder head bolts. Clean the section where the gasket sits and then dispose of the old gasket, along with any cleaning of EGR passages as needed.
