How is the Evaporator Core Installed on 2008 Chrysler Crossfire?

First, join the evaporator core to the housing and then fasten the upper air distribution housing with spring clips. After that, place the foam gasket and fasten the screw (1) just behind the expansion valve. Attach the blower housing to the air distribution housing by inserting the sliding clips (1) and putting in the four spring clips. Then, link the vacuum connections to the vacuum pump and put in the valve strip. After all, put in the heater core and the HVAC housing.
