How to maintain a rear wiper arm on 2008 Chrysler Pacifica?

Before servicing the rear wiper arm, first lift the cover for the wiper arm nut (3). After that, get rid of the rear wiper arm retaining nut (2). Lift the rear wiper arm (1) away from the rear window and rock it back and forth until it comes free or else use a suitable battery terminal puller to get the arm away from the rear motor shaft.
