To fix or repair the rear door latch, you should start by taking off the door trim panel. After that, pull the door glass all the way up and eliminate the run channel in the lower part at the back. Firmly remove the clips that join the linkage rods to the door latch and take out the linkage rods from the latch. After that, unscrew the latch from the door end frame and take it out of the car.
