2008 Chrysler Sebring Brake Disc Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Remove and Replace a Rear Brake Disc on 2008 Chrysler Sebring?
A: Before beginning, put the vehicle on jack stands and raise it safely. Following this, take out the nuts that secure the wheel to the mount and also remove the entire wheel and tire. Sometimes, taking out the pads by adjusting the inboard caliper distances allows enough room to remove it with the help of the guide pins. While you work, pay attention to the flex hose so that it stays within its range and isn't damaged as you move the caliper upward. Turn the caliper over halfway to allow for brake rotor removal and hold it in this spot with either wire or a bungee cord. Slide the brake rotor off the hub and bearing and then remove it.
