Begin by taking off the rear heater-A/C housing and putting it on a workbench if you want to service or repair the blower motor. After that, detach the rear heater-A/C wire harness connector (4) from the rear blower motor (2). In the end, release the three screws (3) on the back of the rear blower motor and take out the blower motor.
