2008 Chrysler Town & Country Brake Pad Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove and Replace Rear Brake Pads on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?
A: Before beginning, lift and support the vehicle so it is stable. First, undo the wheel mounting nuts and after that remove the tire and wheel. Secure the caliper guide pin bolt with a wrench on its head while you rotate the guide pin so that the bolt moves freely. After that, take out the caliper guide pin bolts and pull the caliper from the disc brake adapter bracket, moving it somewhere safe using a wire or cord and be careful not to overstretch the brake and parking brake cables. Lastly, take out the brake pads from the adapter bracket.
