How to Service a Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2008 Dodge Challenger?

To service Engine Coolant Temperature sensor, partially drain cooling system first. After this, you'll need to remove the accessory drive belt. Unbolt (or in some cases, disconnect) the A/C compressor from the front of the engine without disconnecting any of the A/C hoses and temporarily support the compressor to allow you to reach the ECT sensor. Remove the sensor from the cylinder block disconnecting the electrical connector from the sensor.
