Start by attaching the pulley to the tensioner, tighten the bolt after that to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.); ensure you use the recommended torque wrench setting. Then, place the index on the tensioner on the back of the cover into the hole of the bolt head on the front cover and add the mounting bolt. Make sure to tighten it to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). Then, put in the accessory drive belt and make sure the tensioner matches the marks on its frame.
