How to Service and Repair the Upper Right Timing Cover on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Start by disconnecting the remote ground (1) after the intake air housing is removed. Afterwards, take off the air control and engine cover bracket and remove both air control valve bolts and the air control valve. Unplug the air control side's air hose and gasket and disconnect the sensors, followed by laying the camshaft position sensor harness connectors aside in the right position. After that, take off the upper right front cover after unfastening its bolts.
