How to remove a rear door hinge on 2009 Chrysler 300?

The rear hinge is removable by disassembling the rear door to start with. Note the location of the hinge bracket on the lower B-pillar which should be replaced. Unscrew the screws attaching the hinge bracket, and mark where the hinge is on the door. Lastly, take out the screw and nut attached to the hinge to the door.
