How to Service and Repair a Steering Column Cover for Lower on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

At first, press the tilt lever downward to unlock it and allow you to open the steering column cover. Then, remove the two screws joining the upper shroud to the lower shroud and push the upper shroud away from the lower shroud by hand along the sides. When the screws are out, take out the upper shroud. After that, take out the screw holding the lower shroud to the column and then set the lower shroud aside.
