How to Install a Steering Column Cover on 2008 Chrysler Town & Country?

First, press the tilt lever downward until it's released and pull the steering column as far upward as it goes. After that, fit the lower shroud around the tilt lever and onto the column, fastening it with the screw that holds the lower shroud to the steering column. Next, put the upper shroud onto the column and fasten both shrouds with clips. Put the remaining screws into the holes on the lower shroud and push the tilt lever so that it holds the column in its locked position.
