How to Service and Repair an Outer Tie Rod End on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

Prior to working on the outer tie rod, it's important to align the front wheels of the vehicle straight. Raising the vehicle, take out the tire and wheel assembly together with removing all three wheel mounting nuts. Unscrew the tie rod jam nut and then loosen and take out the nut that holds the knuckle to the outer tie rod by not moving the stud end of the tie rod. Remove the outer tie rod end from the knuckle by inserting Remover, Special Tool 9360. Afterward, take apart the outer tie rod at its threads from the inner tie rod, noting how many rotations it took.
