How to Detach a Rear Shock Absorber on 2009 Dodge Challenger?

Before removing the rear shock absorber, raise and support the vehicle. After that, unscrew the three wheel mounting nuts and remove the tire and wheel unit. Attach the jack or jack stand to wherever the outer spring link touches the chassis, providing barely enough pressure to block the spring's rebound as you remove the shocks. After that, get rid of the lower bolt and nut from the shock and also get rid of the upper mounting bolts. After that, carefully remove the shock absorber.
