How to Remove and Replace Rear Suspension Coil Springs on 2009 Dodge Challenger?

To replace the rear suspension coil spring(s), raise the vehicle and remove the rear tire. Support the engine cradle with jack stands and drop the exhaust, if necessary. Use a jack to put the rear axle under, take off shock absorber bolts, and carefully lower the cross member to replace the coil spring and isolators.
