2009 Jeep Commander Window Regulator Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Install a Rear Door Window Regulator on 2009 Jeep Commander?
A: Lift the rear window regulator inside the rear door through the big access hole and connect the third connector in the harness to the regulator motor. Connect the glass into the regulator clamps and fit bolts 1 and 2 onto the regulator rails, screwing them into place so the torque reads 8.5 Nm (75 in. lbs.). Take off the door glass's anchoring tape and then attach the window switch so the glass goes to the full up position. Make sure to tighten each window regulator glass clamp at 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.) Grab the right spot for the watershield and trim panel on the door's interior. Then, mount the watershield 1 after that. Once you've finished, try using the Clear/Relearn procedure.
